Useful information about delivery and returns
You can purchase your products online. For orders equal to or above 100 PLN including VAT with prepayment, shipping is free within Poland. We use the best carriers in the industry to ensure your orders arrive on time. On the Secure Payment page, you will see a description of the ordered item, its price, and delivery time. If possible, you can also choose a faster delivery method for each item in your order for an additional fee. Delivery time varies depending on the selected delivery address, product availability, and the time of day you place your order.

Returns and Complaints Policy
1. Right of withdrawal (return without giving a reason) In accordance with Art. 27 of the Consumer Rights Act, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. The period is counted from the day of receiving the goods (for the sale of items) or concluding the contract (for services or digital content).
How to submit a withdrawal statement? Complete the withdrawal form (download PDF) and send it by e-mail to: retrobit@interia.eu or by post to: PHU RETROBIT, ul. Rataja 5/4, 59-220 Legnica. You may also submit any unequivocal statement (e.g. an e-mail containing order details).
Return of goods: Return the goods immediately, but no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement, to the address: PHU RETROBIT, ul. Rataja 5/4, 59-220 Legnica.
Return costs: You bear the direct cost of returning the goods (we do not refund original shipping costs). We recommend sending with tracking.
Refund: We will refund the payments received for the goods within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement, using the same payment method (unless you agree to a different method without additional costs). We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch.
Important: The right of withdrawal does not apply, among others, to perishable goods, custom-made items, or digital content delivered without a physical carrier (after performance has started with your explicit consent).
2. Complaints (statutory warranty for defects) Goods sold in the store are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty (Art. 556–576 of the Civil Code). If the goods are defective, submit a complaint within 2 years of delivery (or within 1 year of discovering a hidden defect). Complete the complaint form (download PDF) and attach: proof of purchase, photos of the defect (if applicable), and a description of the fault. Your rights: You may demand repair, replacement with a defect-free item, price reduction, or withdrawal from the contract (full refund) if the defect is significant.
Our response: We will reply within 14 calendar days. If we fail to respond in time, the complaint is deemed justified. Complaints are free of charge (including the cost of returning the defective item – send us proof of postage and we will reimburse it).
3. Manufacturer’s warranty (if applicable) Some products come with an additional manufacturer’s warranty (e.g. 24–60 months). Warranty terms are provided in the warranty card or on the product page. Warranty claims are processed according to the guarantor’s conditions.
