Shipping (Delivery)

At Retrobit.com.pl, we strive to ensure your order is delivered quickly and securely. We collaborate with reputable carriers such as InPost, DPD, and Poczta Polska to provide efficient delivery across Poland. The delivery time and costs depend on the chosen shipping method and the order value.

Order Processing Time:

• Preparation for shipping takes 1-2 business days from the moment of payment confirmation (for prepayments) or order placement (for cash on delivery).
• Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days after dispatch. For express delivery (if available), delivery is completed within 24 hours.
• Personalized or custom-ordered products (e.g., retro cartridges) may require longer processing times – detailed information will be provided in the order confirmation.

Shipping Costs:

• InPost or DPD Courier (standard delivery): 12-15 PLN for orders below 100 PLN gross (including VAT); free shipping for orders from 100 PLN with prepayment.
• InPost Parcel Locker: 10-12 PLN for orders below 100 PLN gross; free shipping for orders from 100 PLN with prepayment.
• Poczta Polska: 15-18 PLN for orders below 100 PLN gross; free shipping for orders from 100 PLN with prepayment.
• Express (courier): 25-30 PLN regardless of order value.

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for all orders above 100 PLN gross (including VAT) with prepayments (e.g., online transfer, card, BLIK). International Shipping: We offer international shipping through Packeta. Shipment Tracking: After dispatch, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. In case of any issues, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the situation.

Payments

We offer a variety of secure and convenient payment methods to suit your preferences. All online transactions are protected by SSL protocols and processed through trusted payment gateways such as Przelewy24 or PayU, in compliance with PCI DSS standards.

Available Payment Methods:

• Online Transfer (prepayment): Fast payment via Przelewy24 or PayU with instant confirmation. No additional costs.
• Payment Card: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. No additional costs.
• BLIK: Convenient and fast mobile payment. No additional costs.
• Cash on Delivery: Payment in cash or by card upon receipt of the parcel from the courier. Additional cost: 5 PLN for orders below 100 PLN gross.
• Traditional Bank Transfer: Payment to a bank account (verification may take longer). No additional costs.

Security: Payment card details are entered only through a secure payment gateway – we never request them directly. In case of payment issues, we guarantee a refund within 14 days. Currency: All prices are listed in Polish Zloty (PLN) including VAT. Promotions: With prepayments, we offer free shipping for orders above 100 PLN. Returns and Complaints

• Returns: You have 14 days from the receipt of the shipment to return the product without stating a reason. Shipping costs are refunded only for undamaged products. Detailed instructions are available in the store’s Terms and Conditions.
• Complaints: You can file a complaint within 2 years from the delivery date. If the complaint is accepted, we refund the full amount and cover the return shipping costs. More details in the Terms and Conditions.
