DRAM Memory Tester 4116, 4164-41256, 1-bit

DRAM memory tester supports memory types 4116 16kx1 (power supply: +5V, -5V, +12V) as well as 4164 64kx1 (subtype 4132 - 32Kx1) up to 41256 - 256Kx1. The tester is equipped with an OLED display. For memory type 4116, jumpers need to be placed in the lower section; for other memory types, jumpers should be in the upper section. The device is equipped with a ZIF socket.

Powered via USB-C, the power adapter must output 5V; power from a USB port on a computer may be problematic.

The power adapter is not included with the device. Case color options: red, white, yellow, brown, sea green, black, blue, gray, light gray, beige, ivory, chestnut, green.
